The purpose of the Nominating committee is to select nominees to serve as Officers and Executive Committee members of the Board of Directors of Torch Lake Protection Alliance.

The purpose of the Program Committee is to determine which projects supporting Torch Lake should be funded for activity during the year. This group will monitor and report to the board each month on the progress of these projects.

The Township Directors of the Board represent their respective townships. Their responsibility is to keep the Board inform on significant matters within their townships that may have an effect on Torch Lake.
